Quick Bio

I am a mother and a supporter of mothers and children, having a family myself. Starting out as a young mother in an inner city, I felt first hand what it is like to feel ‘alone’ with no where to turn. After I became a Reserve Police Officer as a single mother, I discovered the true need that is behind our closed doors.

Years later, after I transitioned into the Entertainment Industry, I made films to depict and show the abuses, and ills of society and people from different countries, for example a film we shot in Cuba. Having my voice make a difference with film, I also began writing. As a columnist and blogger, I voice the importance of encouraging and inspiring one another, and empowering mothers especially who will raise up our next generation. I have begun a book, ‘Having It All-Women Without Borders’.

With the current state of affairs in the world, more and more I have become politically active, along with my husband. I switched to a Democrat, as a natural coarse of action. Looking for a way to reach deeper and wider into the communities, I have realized that wherever I spend my time, has to be time well spent. Where better to make a living, but with the community to make a difference? I wrote “Lessons We Learned From Obama: from a former republican mother of five” Avail on Amazon.

Wanting to empower women and mothers, I created ‘Women Without Borders US. An international blog intended to further the advancement and information of women being sourced, informed, and empowered. WomenWithout Borders. us

We share everything pertaining to women and mothers around the world. This includes global and local news as well as our personal stories and the stories of women.

I am certain that I cannot sit back, and not make a difference. Too many people are suffering. I learned how not to suffer anymore, and to keep passing the torch is my purpose.

From my maternal gandmother to my last child. A generation of women.

From my maternal gandmother to my last child. A generation of women.

Raising children is the most important thing I have ever done. Now, as I am older I see the significant contribution I make to society with producing responsible, forward thinking young adults. Whether I knew it or not, they were always learning what to do, or not to do, watching me grow from a teen mother until now. We all have learned along the way. -Bobbi 35 years old US

If we do not stop, and think for a moment; is this the legacy I want to leave in the world? Do I even care? If your answer is  yes, then it is your obligation to become the best human being possible. There is no need to hide from haters, or the irrisponsible, or even the one’s that hurt you. Being strong, and learning and growing from every situation is where your power is. The best part is: you can possibly influence the very one’s that are insecure.
